Our rates are highly competitive. J-K OfficeWorks believes in providing reasonable services at a reasonable rate.

We provide services on a per-project basis. General document services, including general word processing, data entry, spreadsheets research, etc. are billed at $25.00 per hour.

Audio transcription is also billed at $25.00 per hour. We utilize the industry production standard 4:1 ratio for audio dictation, in which 1 hour of audio tape equals 4 hours of transcription. The exact transcription hours per each hour of audio depends upon the clarity and quality of the tape.

J-K OfficeWorks bills hourly rates in 15-minute increments with a two-hour minimum charged on all projects.

Your project is completed in your choice of Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect. PDF format is also available upon request and will be proofread, spell-checked, and sent to you electronically through email or FTP unless other arrangements are made.

Our standard turn around time, based on business days, is 7 to 10 business days. There is an additional charge of $20.00 for priority services, and an additional $25.00 charged for rush services (weekends and holidays).

J-K OfficeWorks requires a deposit of $25.00 on all work prior to the beginning of your project. Final payment is due upon receipt of a detailed invoice, including reimbursement for any additional expenses (receipts provided) which will be emailed to you.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. It is not necessary for you to have an account with PayPal to make payment. You can pay directly with your credit card or checking account directly from our invoicing through PayPal. You will receive your invoice by email.
